3. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted or processed through our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a notice containing:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material with enough specific detail (e.g., URLs or account handles) for us to locate it.
- Your contact information including email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to contactbloomchat@gmail.com with your contact details and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
5. Repeat Infringers
We maintain a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
